- Location: Phase 8B, Mohali Punjab
- Work Schedule: 5 days a week (WFO)

Key Skills Required:
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube.
- Expertise in keyword research, ad copy creation, and maximizing ROI.
- Expertise in creating and managing both paid and organic social media campaigns.
- Deep understanding of integrating content strategy with both paid and organic campaigns.
- Advanced skills in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other performance-tracking tools.
- Ability to create actionable reports and dashboards to measure campaign success and performance.
- Strong client-facing skills to understand business goals, provide regular updates, and foster long-term relationships.
- Capable of managing client expectations and translating technical metrics into clear, actionable insights.
- SEO Knowledge: Experience with both on-page and off-page SEO strategies and technical SEO will be an advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as SEMrush, HubSpot, Canva, and CRM platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
